Job Description
- Conduct regular technical site visits in line with the approved maintenance schedule.
- Inspect and evaluate asset conditions; prepare technical reports and recommend immediate or future maintenance actions.
- Supervise and follow up on preventive and routine maintenance activities to ensure quality, compliance, and adherence to technical standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and relevant authorities to ensure timely and effective maintenance execution.
- Maintain and update maintenance records, reports, and technical documentation regularly.
- Prepare detailed technical evaluation and maintenance completion reports.
- Respond promptly to emergency and complaint calls from the control room, RTA, and police; take corrective action and coordinate with contractors.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Review and optimize maintenance programs, schedules, and plans in collaboration with engineers and technical teams.
- Provide on-site presence during emergencies, disasters, and crisis situations.
- Verify material availability and follow up on procurement and purchase order processes via the GRP system.
- Review maintenance contracts, quantities, and activities, and propose improvement measures.
- Perform additional duties and technical support tasks as assigned .
Qualifications
Education:
Technical or Engineering Diploma in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering, or
High School / Applied Technology High School Diploma
Experience:
Diploma holders: No prior experience required
High School / Applied Technology Diploma holders: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
