We are seeking a skilled
Technology Engineer - DevOps (PaaS) to support the Core Integration Team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with
OpenShift administration and CI/CD pipeline management (Jenkins), along with a focus on
process optimization and continuous improvement in a PaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide PaaS DevOps support for the Core Integration Team
- Manage and administer OpenShift (Kubernetes-based platform) environments
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
- Optimize existing build and deployment jobs for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Drive process improvements and automation across DevOps workflows
- Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot issues across environments
- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams for smooth delivery
- Ensure adherence to DevOps best practices, security standards, and governance policies
- Support release management and deployment activities
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in DevOps PaaS environments
- Hands-on expertise in OpenShift Administration
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools, especially Jenkins pipelines
- Experience in containerization and orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of automation and scripting (Shell, Python, or similar)
- Experience in job optimization and process improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git)
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in banking or financial services environments
- Certification in OpenShift, Kubernetes, or DevOps tools
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
