We are seeking a skilled and proactive
Technology Engineer - Network Infrastructure to join our Technology Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-grade network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage enterprise network infrastructure solutions
- Configure and maintain routing and switching environments
- Deploy and support Aruba-based network infrastructure (wired and wireless)
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime
- Ensure network security, data protection, and compliance with organizational standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and technology initiatives
- Perform network upgrades, patches, and capacity planning
- Maintain documentation for network architecture, configurations, and processes
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Network Infrastructure (Aruba technologies preferred)
- Solid understanding of routing & switching protocols (e.g., VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP)
- Experience in configuring and managing enterprise-level network devices
- Good knowledge of network security principles and data protection practices
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and network performance optimization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, enterprise environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Relevant certifications such as Aruba (ACMA/ACMP), CCNA/CCNP, or equivalent
- Experience working in banking or financial services environments is a plus
