Seeking a motivated and result driven Tele-Caller to support the clients student recruitment campaign, lead generation and be the main point of contacts with students and parents. The candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-service mindset and experience with outbound calling, WhatsApping, and emailing prospective students.
CORE Responsibilities
Lead evaluation: Assess incoming leads to determine if they are qualified, meet predefined criteria, such as interest in the university, budget, etc
Prospect communication: Engage with potential students/parents via phone, WhatsApp, email and other channels to gather information and qualify them
Application and CAET registration: Nurture leads/students to apply for the offered programs and register for Combined Assessment Entrance Test (CAET)
Target: Achieve daily, weekly and monthly call targets (Tele calling, WhatsApp Ing, and Emailing) with prospect students and their parents
CRM management: Accurately document lead details, interaction, and qualification status in the CRM system.
Reporting and analysis: Track and report on lead qualification metrics, analyze data to identify trends, and provide feedback to improve processes
