Teleradiology Platform committed to disrupting the medical ecosystem by solving the problem of radiologist shortage and high report latency. As the
Tele-Radiology Administrator, you will be the operational backbone of the platform, managing the workflow that connects clients to the optimal radiologists. This role demands a commitment to outstanding quality and personal accountability, as your efficiency directly impacts patient care standards. Therefore, you must ensure the right studies get to the right specialist at the right time, every time.
Who are we looking for
- You are an experienced professional in a relevant field, preferably holding a Master, Fellowship, or Diploma degree.
- You are a Data and Metrics Driven individual with a passion for getting things right the first time, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and quality control.
- You are a Radiologist who can critically review submitted studies for missing clinical data or CT/MR Series.
- You are able to execute complex logistics, assigning studies to the optimal radiologist based on availability and subspecialty.
- You are comfortable handling client requests, replying to messages, and training new clients.
- You have a proven ability to overcome setbacks in a fast-paced environment.
- You possess mandatory knowledge of Office, and mail and have the necessary equipment (proper laptop and internet connection) to manage a hybrid schedule.
Your Responsibilities...
- Study Assignment & Workflow Management
- You will manage the core operational workflow which includes reviewing and assigning radiology studies to the optimal radiologists in the platform's network based on their availability and subspeciality.
- You will act as the Liaison between Clients and Radiologists, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
- You will review submitted studies to ensure they are not missing clinical data or required CT/MR Serieses before assignment.
- You will track action items and drive closure across teams and vendors.
- Quality Control & Reporting
- You will conduct quality control by reviewing a percentage of the finished cases and checking a percentage of reports for format, language, and structure.
- You will monitor operational metrics and adhere to the platform's high standards to exceed client expectations for quality and turnaround time.
- Client Relations & Support
- You will handle all client requests, reply to messages, and manage phone calls efficiently.
- You will train new clients on the client's platform and serve as the primary point of contact for operational queries.
- You will follow up with both radiologists and clients to ensure smooth execution and adherence to service level agreements.

- Consistently achieving optimal assignment rates, ensuring studies are matched to the best-suited radiologist without delay.
- Maintaining high quality control standards, evidenced by a low error rate in reviewed reports (format, language, structure).
- Achieving high client satisfaction through exceptional communication, effective issue resolution, and professional support (including training).
- Demonstrating the resilience and accountability required to manage a challenging 9-hour shift on rotation in a mission-critical environment.
To be considered for this role you should have...
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a relevant field.
- A Master, Fellowship, or Diploma degree.
- Mandatory knowledge of Office, and mail applications.
- Strong communication skills (written and oral) and high standards of accuracy.
- A background in Health Informatics or Managerial experience preferably.
- English and French speaking proficiency.
- Must possess a proper laptop and reliable internet connection for hybrid work.
