Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Tele Sales - Cold Caller. The primary responsibilities include conducting outbound calls, identifying and engaging potential clients, effectively presenting services offered, and nurturing client relationships to build a robust customer base. Additional duties include maintaining accurate records of calls and client interactions, scheduling follow-ups, and collaborating with the sales team to meet organizational targets.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proven experience in tele sales, cold calling, and lead generation
- Experience in KSA market
- Customer relationship management and ability to handle objections professionally
- Proficiency with CRM tools, sales tracking software, and lead generation tools
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
- Organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in audit, risk, or compliance sectors is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
