Job Description

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of selling products and services
  • Identify customer needs and tailor your pitch to provide suitable solutions
  • Maintain a persuasive and enthusiastic attitude to engage clients effectively
  • Accurately record customer information and feedback in the CRM system
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management
  • Follow up with leads in a timely manner to convert them to sales
  • Provide ongoing reports to management regarding call outcomes and sales activities
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge to better address customer inquiries and objections

Requirements

  • Proven experience in tele sales or similar sales role, preferably in cold calling
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle objections and maintain composure under pressure
  • Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to achieve individual and team targets
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking software
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
