Job Overview
We are looking for a
highly fluent English-speaking Tele Sales Executive to make outbound calls to customers in the
United States and English-speaking European countries. The role requires
clear communication, confidence, and the ability to introduce the company and generate interest.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to potential clients in the US and Europe.
- Introduce yourself and the company professionally within the first 2030 seconds.
- Present the service value clearly and quickly.
- Identify customer interest and qualify leads.
- Handle objections confidently.
- Schedule meetings and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate call notes in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Excellent English proficiency (near-native level).
- Clear or neutral international accent.
- Experience in BPO / Tele Sales / Cold Calling preferred.
- Ability to handle calls efficiently within 2 minutes.
- Strong persuasion and listening skills.
- Comfortable calling international clients.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales scripts.
Minimum Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing Business Administration or any relevant field.
Minimum Experience: 1-2-year(s)in tel sales.
