Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Tele Sales role based in Dubai. The Tele Sales professional will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, managing inbound and outbound calls, and providing excellent customer service. Duties also include building and maintaining client relationships, understanding customer needs, and promoting real estate offerings. The role requires working collaboratively with team members to meet sales targets and effectively address customer inquiries.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a diverse client base.
• Proven abilities in Sales and negotiation to achieve and exceed targets.
• Experience in Training and product knowledge presentation is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is highly desirable.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
