Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a remote telesales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored for B2B clients, particularly in the Gulf region.
  • Monitor team performance through KPIs, coaching, and regular reporting.
  • Ensure effective use of CRM tools and adherence to sales processes.
  • Conduct training sessions to improve sales pitch, objection handling, and closing skills.
  • Collaborate with management to align sales efforts with overall business goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Telesales Team Leader / Supervisor, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the Gulf market and its business practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire a sales team.
  • Hands-on experience with telesales operations, CRM systems, and remote team management.
  • Target-driven, resilient, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is a must; Arabic is a strong plus.
