Key Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about hotel services and facilities
- Direct calls to appropriate departments efficiently
- Take and relay messages clearly and accurately
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and wake-up calls
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and service standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Pleasant voice and professional telephone etiquette
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service mindset
- Basic computer knowledge
