Role Overview
You'll own the telephony infrastructure powering high-volume outbound and inbound phone sales operations across multiple markets.
What You'll Do
- Integrate and manage VoIP providers (Twilio, SIP, Aircall, Vonage, etc.)
- Build and optimize auto-dialers and intelligent call routing
- Manage call recording, latency, uptime, and failover systems
- Optimize call costs and international number provisioning
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues in real time
- Work closely with Engineering and AI teams
