Role Description

The Telesales / Admin Resale role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo. The primary responsibilities include engaging with potential clients via phone to promote real estate opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with administrative resale tasks. The candidate will ensure timely follow-ups, maintain accurate records, and support the overall sales process. Additional duties may include coordinating with clients, facilitating sales training, and supporting customer-related queries to drive client satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Customer Support abilities to effectively address queries and build lasting client relationships.
• Strong Communication and Sales skills to confidently promote properties and close deals.
• Experience in providing Training to team members or clients to enhance understanding of processes and services.
• Proven track record in real estate sales or related administrative roles is required.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and real estate platforms is a plus.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and additional language skills are advantageous.
