Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist, located in Qesm 2nd Tanta. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating sales leads, presenting services, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and negotiation. The role will also involve providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address client needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and the ability to convey information clearly.
• Sales expertise with a proven ability to achieve targets and close deals effectively.
• Capability to participate in Training sessions and quickly adapt to product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in an on-site professional environment.
• Prior telesales or telemarketing experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with CRM tools or databases is a plus.
