Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Agent located in Cairo. The Telesales Agent will be responsible for engaging with potential and current customers over the phone, promoting products or services, answering inquiries, addressing customer concerns, and closing sales. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the customer service and sales teams to ensure excellent client experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support
- Demonstrated experience in Sales and achieving targets
- Ability to learn and apply Training for product or service knowledge
- Positive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork orientation
- Previous experience in telesales or a customer-focused role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
