Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated telesales agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry and a passion for sales. This role requires reaching out to potential clients, presenting our catering services, and closing sales while providing an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in the food & beverage industry (restaurants & catering preferred)

- English is a must

- Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

- Proven track record in telesales or client acquisition is a plus
