Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telesales English role located in Qesm El Maadi. The role involves contacting potential customers, communicating clearly and effectively to present services and solutions offered by e& UAE, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Daily tasks include promoting products, addressing customer queries, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the company's growth and success.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage effectively and professionally with clients.
- Proficiency in English Teaching and Translation for accurate and clear verbal and written communication.
- Ability to provide Training and guidance to team members or clients as needed.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on resolving issues and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Prior experience in sales or customer-focused roles is an advantage.
