Job Description

We are Hiring | TeleSales Executive

We are seeking a results-driven TeleSales Executive to join our team and convert marketing-generated leads into successful sales through structured phone and chat-based communication.

This role focuses on fast response time, disciplined follow-up, and sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities

-Handle inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns.

-Communicate with customers via phone calls and approved chat channels (e.g. WhatsApp).

-Follow up with potential clients and clearly present products or services.

-Qualify and convert leads into confirmed deals in line with the approved sales process.

-Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and response-time requirements.

-Maintain accurate lead data and communication records on the CRM system.

-Coordinate with the Marketing team regarding lead quality and campaign feedback.

-Execute tasks assigned by the Marketing Manager or direct supervisor.

-Conduct independent data research and lead profiling from approved sources.

-Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

Scope of Role

-Marketing-generated leads only (no cold calling).

-No after-sales, customer support, or maintenance tasks.

-Communication with both B2B and B2C customers via phone and chat.

Requirements

-Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or customer-facing sales roles.

-Strong communication and persuasion skills.

-Fluency in Arabic and English.

-Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure.

-Experience with CRM systems or willingness to learn quickly.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary : AED 4,000 and Sales-based bonus
