Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Telesales Executive with 35 years of proven experience in telesales, preferably within the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will be confident in handling outbound and inbound sales calls, building strong client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing clients.
  • Promote and sell financial products and services over the phone.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Requirements

  • 35 years of experience in telesales (mandatory).
  • Previous experience in the financial sector (banking, investment, trading, insurance, or related field preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets consistently.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.
