We are looking for a motivated Telesales executive The role focuses on generating new business, promoting freight services, and building long-term relationships with customers through outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote freight forwarding services (Air, Sea, and Land).
Identify customer needs and offer suitable logistics solutions.
Generate new leads and follow up on sales inquiries.
Prepare and send quotations in coordination with the operations team.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers, importers, and exporters.
Follow up on payments and customer feedback when required.
Stay updated on company services, pricing, and market trends.
Requirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to explain freight services clearly and confidently.
Customer-oriented with a sales-driven mindset.
Basic knowledge of Incoterms and shipping methods is a plus.
Good computer skills (CRM, email, MS Office).
