Role Description

This is a contract role for a Telesales Executive, located on-site in Dubai. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. Key responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role requires effective communication and a proactive approach to identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience and expertise in Communication and Customer Service
  • Skills in Lead Generation, developing new prospects, and expanding client base
  • Customer Support experience with a focus on resolving inquiries and building relationships
  • Strong aptitude in Sales and achieving performance targets
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Dubai with a customer-centric mindset
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
