Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to support our real estate sales team through outbound cold calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting. The role is target-driven and ideal for candidates confident in high-volume phone sales.
Key Responsibilities
Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to potential clients
Qualify leads by identifying client needs, budget, location, and timeline
Book qualified meetings for real estate consultants
Follow up consistently on leads to maximize conversion
Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive client experience
Update and manage client information accurately in the CRM system
Achieve daily and monthly KPIs for calls, qualified leads, and appointments
Requirements
Proven experience in telesales, call center, or real estate (preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Confidence in cold calling and working with targets
Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally
Good command of English (additional languages are a plus)
Basic computer skills and CRM experience
