Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for following up on leads, engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing information on suitable property options. The role includes facilitating sales, following up with prospective clients, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey information and build rapport with clients
• Proven Customer Service and Customer Support experience to provide an exceptional client experience
• Experience in Sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
• Previous experience in the real estate sector is an advantage
• Knowledge of the Dubai property market is highly desirable
