Telesales Executive (UK Market)

We are a premier solicitor firm seeking an articulate, high-energy Telesales Executive to join our Business Bay office. You will be responsible for outbound communication with prospective clients in the UK. This is not a typical call center role; it requires a sophisticated approach, legal professionalism, and the ability to handle complex conversations. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective UK clients to introduce our legal services.

• Qualify leads and book consultations for our senior legal team.

• Maintain a high volume of calls while ensuring the quality and professionalism of a solicitor firm.

• Navigate through gatekeepers to reach decision-makers.

• Accurately log all interactions in the company CRM.

• Language:Native or Near-Native British English is mandatory. You must be able to communicate effectively with UK-based clients and understand UK cultural nuances.

• Experience: Proven track record in Telesales or Business Development. Experience in legal services, insurance, or high-end consultancy is a major plus.

• Communication: Exceptional telephone etiquette and the ability to build instant rapport.

• Location: Must be currently residing in Dubai and able to commute to Business Bay.
