Role Description

Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.

Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

Present, promote, and sell training courses using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.

Listening to the customers needs to generate repeat sales.

Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to courses.

Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new courses.

Professionally answering customers questions on the courses.

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Sales Execution Ability to create and customize the company's proposal, communicate effectively on the phone; close contracts once all clients needs have been identified and addressed with Digital Experts proven solutions.
  • Outbound & Inbound Calls: Customer outreach/perform cold calls, as well as receive inbound calls from customer leads to respond to their inquiries and detail our services/packages.
  • Sold Quota Attainment Consistent achiever of assigned monthly sold quota.
  • Sales Activity Reporting Ensure timely/accurate recording, tracking, and reporting of sales activities and customer/competitive information through our CRM.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Business, Marketing
  • 12 years telesales, call center, or customer service experience
  • Experience in education/training sales is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities
  • Good listening skills to understand client needs
  • Target-driven, motivated, and energetic
  • Positive attitude and resilience under pressure
  • Team player with ability to work independently
  • Basic MS Office skills; CRM knowledge is a plus
  • Able to work academy hours and make high-volume calls
  • Meet weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (preferred)
  • Knowledge of digital marketing or online learning platforms is a plus

Salary for the Position:

Up to 15000 EGP per month
