Job Summary
The Telesales Manager will be responsible for managing and scaling a remote telesales team based in Pakistan while operating from Dubai. The role requires strong leadership, deep coordination with realtors, hands-on CRM management, campaign execution aligned with Dubai real estate launches, and continuous coaching to ensure high-quality lead conversion and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management & Leadership
- Virtually manage, motivate, and monitor a telesales team based in Pakistan.
- Set clear KPIs, targets, and performance benchmarks for the team.
- Handle hiring, onboarding, training, absenteeism control, and attrition management.
- Ensure team discipline, attendance, productivity, and adherence to processes.
Training & Coaching
- Regularly train and coach the telesales team on:
- Dubai real estate market trends
- New project launches
- Developer offerings, pricing, and payment plans
- Conduct role-plays, call reviews, and refresher training sessions to improve conversion quality.
CRM & Realtor Coordination
- Ensure seamless CRM usage for lead allocation, follow-ups, and tracking.
- Coordinate closely with Dubai-based realtors to:
- Align on lead quality and requirements
- Ensure timely follow-ups and feedback
- Improve lead-to-site-visit and deal conversion ratios
- Monitor CRM hygiene, data accuracy, and follow-up compliance.
Campaign & Performance Management
- Plan and execute telesales campaigns based on recent property launches in Dubai.
- Work with marketing teams to align calling strategies with live campaigns.
- Track campaign performance, lead quality, and ROI.
- Optimize scripts, calling strategies, and workflows based on performance insights.
Vendor & Data Management
- Manage telecom vendors and data providers for calling infrastructure and lead sources.
- Ensure optimal data quality, compliance, and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with vendors for system uptime, reporting, and issue resolution.
Quality Audits & Compliance
- Conduct regular call audits and quality checks to maintain high standards.
- Monitor compliance with scripts, disclosures, and company policies.
- Identify gaps and implement corrective actions to improve customer experience.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in telesales or inside sales management (real estate preferred).
- Proven ability to manage remote teams across geographies.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).
- Excellent understanding of Dubai real estate market dynamics.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and performance-tracking skills.
- High ownership mindset with strong people-management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in telesales / inside sales management.
- Prior experience managing offshore or remote sales teams.
- UAE real estate exposure is a strong advantage.
