Telesales Representative

4Level1 provides comprehensive English Language Programs designed to cater to the learning needs of adults and young adults. These courses align with international CEFR standards, ensuring students build practical communication skills across all language areas. With a focus on real-world interactions, the programs help learners achieve academic, professional, and social success. Classes are offered both online for students across the Middle East and face-to-face in Riyadh.

This is a full-time, on-site Telesales role based in Maadi, QLD. The Telesales professional will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, effectively presenting and promoting 4Level1's language programs to prospective clients. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential customers to understand their needs, answering inquiries about course offerings, closing sales, maintaining accurate records in CRM software, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The individual will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies, maintain strong customer relationships, and support business growth initiatives.

• Proven experience in sales-oriented roles, excellent communication and persuasion abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including relationship-building and active listening capabilities.
• Proficiency in time management, multi-tasking, and working towards specific sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills for managing customer data.
• Self-motivation, a positive attitude, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of language learning programs or the education industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
