Telesales Representative

About Role:

We're hiring a Telesales Representative to reach out to owners and decision-makers at industrial and commercial establishments, present our verified subscription packages, and convert calls into paid subscriptions.

Responsibilites:

• Make outbound calls to a ready, segmented database of establishment leads
• Explain subscription packages and the value of each tier persuasively
• Close subscription deals and hit monthly targets
• Log every call and its outcome in the CRM
• Follow up on warm leads until they convert to customers
• Coordinate with the Account Management team to hand off new customers after closing
  

Requirments:

• At least 1 year of experience in Telesales or Outbound Sales (B2B preferred)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Resilience able to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Prior experience selling B2B subscriptions or services
• Background or exposure to the industrial/commercial sector
