Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Maadi . The Telesales Representative will engage potential and existing clients via phone to provide information about our English language programs, answer inquiries, and close sales. Key responsibilities include identifying customer needs, promoting our offerings, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves meeting sales targets and participating in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Experience in Sales and Customer Support roles
• Proven ability to participate in and benefit from Training sessions
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is required
• Prior experience in education or language services is a plus
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and dynamic on-site environment
