About the job

The candidate will follow-up leads and educate potential customers on the English education product via phone calls. He/she must have proven track record in closing sales and exceeding sales quota. Candidate must be proactive, has good customer service and sales skills.

Responsibilities

  1. Follow-up leads and educate them on the value of English education.
  2. Assist customers through the process and gather their experience.
  3. Closely track and close sales.
  4. Generate new sales from referrals.

Qualifications

  1. Must be able to communicate in English and Arabic;
  2. 1-2 years of B2C sales experience in the edtech/e-learning, insurance or service industry;
  3. Proven track record in sales achievement;
  4. Resident of Egypt; willing to work in Cairo.
  5. Passionate and self-motivated;
  6. Must have good sales and negotiation skills;
