Telesales Representative

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telesales Representative, based in Cairo, Egypt, with some flexibility for remote work. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, addressing customer inquiries, and offering reliable sales solutions. Tasks include handling customer service requests, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The individual will also contribute to identifying customer needs and providing product or service recommendations.

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to resolve inquiries and maintain satisfaction
• Experience in Sales and achieving performance targets
• Ability to participate in and utilize Training programs to enhance skills and product knowledge
• Proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
• Prior experience in sales or customer service roles is a plus
