About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for introducing our real estate exchange services to potential clients, understanding their property needs, and converting leads into active users. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Outreach: Contact potential and existing customers to introduce 4Swapp's services.
• Needs Analysis: Identify customer needs and recommend the right exchange solutions.
• Conversion: Qualify leads and turn prospects into active users and partners.
• Follow-up: Proactively follow up with leads and inquiries to maximize conversions.
• Customer Education: Answer customer questions and clearly explain the exchange process.
• Relationship Management: Build strong relationships and provide an excellent customer experience.
• CRM Management: Keep customer information and activities updated on the CRM.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales & Operations teams on campaigns and initiatives.
• Target Achievement: Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Telesales, preferably within Real Estate, or a strong background in general sales.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Persuasion: Ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
• CRM Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Location: Must be able to work on-site in Dokki, Cairo.
