Telesales Representative

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative at our New Cairo location. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting Horizon's Odoo System, addressing inquiries, and building strong customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include managing customer databases, following up on leads to close sales, and achieving performance targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and customer relationship management
• Capability to work with customer databases and proficiency in telemarketing
• Efficient problem-solving and ability to handle customer inquiries professionally
• Experience in IT Solutions is a plus
• Good English language
• Organizational and time management skills to meet sales targets
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
