Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Property Consultant located in Dubai. The Property Consultant will handle a variety of tasks, including identifying client requirements, researching properties, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and providing professional advice on real estate investments. Responsibilities also include building and maintaining strong client relationships, staying updated on market trends, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Consulting and Real Estate expertise, including knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and related laws and regulations
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively liaise with clients and build lasting relationships
• Proven experience in Sales and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
