Job Description

Job Title: Telesales Representative (On-site – Maadi)Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team in Maadi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their needs, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Outreach: Contact potential customers via phone calls to introduce and promote our products/services.
  • Needs Assessment: Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Inquiry Handling: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain strong knowledge of products/services to clearly explain features and benefits.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • CRM Management: Accurately update customer data and interactions on CRM system.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to improve performance and share best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in telesales or sales is preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and close deals effectively.
  • Familiar with CRM systems.
  • Target-driven and results-oriented mindset.
  • Problem-solving and objection-handling skills.
  • Team player.
Job Details:
  • Location: Maadi (On-site)
  • Shift: 9 working hours
  • Working Days: 5 days per week
  • Days Off: 2 days (Rotational)
  • Salary: 5,000 – 6,000 EGP + Commission
