Key Responsibilities:- Customer Outreach: Contact potential customers via phone calls to introduce and promote our products/services.
- Needs Assessment: Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Inquiry Handling: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain strong knowledge of products/services to clearly explain features and benefits.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- CRM Management: Accurately update customer data and interactions on CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to improve performance and share best practices.
Qualifications:- Previous experience in telesales or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Salary: 5,000 – 6,000 EGP + Commission
