Telesales Representative

Job Purpose:

To generate sales by contacting potential and existing customers over the phone, promoting the company's consumer finance products, identifying customer needs, and providing suitable solutions while delivering an excellent customer experience and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact prospective customers to promote and sell consumer finance products.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financing solutions.
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally to maximize conversions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Telesales, preferably within the financial services or consumer finance industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales closing skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Target-driven, customer-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
