Job Title: Tele Sales Representative (EV Charging Solutions)

As a growing leader in the EV charging sector we're looking for a motivated Tele Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and help accelerate clean mobility solutions across Egypt.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to potential customers via phone and WhatsApp.
- Handle inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns, follow up and convert to sales.
- Accurately update and manage customer information using CRM/ERP systems.
- Coordinate with the Operations Team on installation follow ups.
- Liaise with the Finance Team to support billing and collections.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities, especially with car dealerships.
- Prepare and submit detailed weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Build sales forecasts to track performance and plan ahead.
- Consistently meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Tele Sales or B2C Sales preferably in tech or energy sectors.
- Proficient in using CRM / ERP software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (ability to engage with high-end customers).
- Excellent persuasion, negotiation and customer service skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated and capable of handling multiple tasks.
- Results driven with a strong commitment to achieving targets.
