Job Description

  • Engage with potential and existing customers over the phone to introduce our products and services
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of product details and service offerings
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues effectively
  • Gather customer feedback to improve services and offerings
  • Identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain and update the customer database efficiently
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics
  • Aim to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Document all interactions with customers and track sales progress
  • Prepare monthly reports on KPIs and sales achievements

Requirements

  • Min 3 years of experience in telesales, customer service,
  • Selling via cold calling in outsourcing, recruitment, software, or services. (Preferably one of the first two)
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Must be willing to make a minimum of 60 answered calls per day
  • Will have target for achieving qualified meetings
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools
  • Strong willingness to learn about product specifications and benefits
  • Friendly and patient demeanor with customers
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Fluent in English.
