Telesales Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm El Maadi for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, presenting company services, building strong relationships with customers, and converting leads into sales. The role includes providing customer support, following up on inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The specialist may also assist in training sessions and staying informed about services for effective communication with clients.

• Excellent Customer Service and Customer Support expertise to provide a positive experience for clients.
• Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients and handle queries effectively.
• Experience in providing Training or guiding others is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using telecommunication tools and CRM software is advantageous.
• Familiarity with the consultancy industry is beneficial.
