Role Description

We are seeking a Telesales Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Degla El Maadi. The specialist will be responsible for managing outbound and inbound sales calls, identifying customer needs, and offering tailored solutions to drive sales. Day-to-day tasks include following up with leads, maintaining strong relationships with clients, meeting sales targets, and keeping detailed records of interactions. The Telesales Specialist will also handle customer inquiries, ensure high levels of client satisfaction, and promote company products effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to ensure client satisfaction and effective problem resolution.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
• Sales expertise to identify opportunities, meet targets, and promote products effectively.
• Experience in Training and skill development to improve sales strategies and expand knowledge of the company's offerings.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using CRM software or related tools is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in beauty or pharmaceutical sectors is a plus.
