Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Telesales Specialist located in Elmatrix The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers via phone to promote products or services, handling customer inquiries, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of calls and transactions, following up on leads, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive client experience.

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Sales techniques and goal achievement
• Experience in delivering Training or coaching sessions is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
• Previous experience in telesales or related fields is advantageous
