Job Description

We are looking for motivated Telesales with strong English fluency to join our sales team. As a Telesales Specialist you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.

Schedule: Monday Friday, 9am 5pm

Location: Maadi, Onsite

Base Salary: 15,000 EGP

Commission: 10 per meeting after reaching the monthly target

Key Responsibilities

• Making outbound cold calls to potential clients using provided leads and databases
• Presenting the company's products and services clearly and professionally in English
• Qualifying prospects and identifying decision-makers
• Booking meetings or demos for the sales team
• Maintaining accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes
• Following up with prospects as needed to nurture interest
• Meeting or exceeding daily and monthly call and conversion targets
• Collaborating with the sales and management teams to improve outreach strategies

Qualifications

• English fluency (C1+) is required
• At least 1 year of experience in cold calling or telesales
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Goal-oriented, disciplined, and results-driven
• Comfortable working in an on-site, fast-paced environment
