Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Tele-sales Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for contacting potential customers (both retail and wholesale) to introduce and promote our products of fabrics, curtains. The ideal candidate should have a background in telesales and strong ability to communicate with customers and close sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing customers to present and promote company products.
- Explain product features and offers to customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up on leads and customer inquiries to close sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Keep accurate records of calls, customers, and sales activities.
- Handle customer questions in a professional way.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and handling.
Job Requirements
- Experience in real estate telesales is a must.
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales or call center roles.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer skills.
