Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Cairo, Egypt, is for an English Customer Support professional (B2 English proficiency). You will assist customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing an exceptional support experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling customer communications, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining high service standards. You will also identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues to the relevant teams when necessary.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) and Communication skills
  • Experience in Customer Service and a customer-centric mindset
  • Knowledge or experience in English Teaching and Training roles
  • Ability to perform Translation or language-related tasks effectively
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive and adaptable approach to working with clients
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is an advantage
