Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist, based in Heliopolis. The Telesales Specialist will be tasked with reaching out to potential and existing customers via phone to promote products and services, responding to customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer support. They will manage customer accounts, follow up on leads, maintain records of calls and sales, and contribute to achieving sales targets. Collaboration with the sales team and other departments will also be vital to ensure consistent results.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries and provide assistance effectively.
• At least 2 years of experience in telesales in the personal care, cosmetics, medical, or any related field.
• Excellent Communication skills, including active listening, clarity, and professionalism
• Proven Sales experience with a solid understanding of persuasive techniques
• Ability to adapt and learn new Training materials quickly
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for achieving results
• Proficiency in using CRM software and telecommunication systems is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications or college education in a relevant field is a plus
