Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone, promoting products/services, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services using scripts or prepared materials.
- Answer questions about products, pricing, and company policies.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Close sales and achieve monthly/weekly sales targets.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Accurately record customer details, conversations, and sales outcomes in the system/CRM.
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
- Coordinate with other departments when needed to resolve customer issues.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a telesales representative, sales agent, call center agent, or similar role is a plus.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Good listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
- Target-oriented with a competitive mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred).
