Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone, promoting products/services, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services using scripts or prepared materials.
  • Answer questions about products, pricing, and company policies.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly/weekly sales targets.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Accurately record customer details, conversations, and sales outcomes in the system/CRM.
  • Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
  • Coordinate with other departments when needed to resolve customer issues.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitors.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a telesales representative, sales agent, call center agent, or similar role is a plus.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Good listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
  • Target-oriented with a competitive mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred).
