Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in New Cairo for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will engage potential clients via phone to promote and sell the company's services. Key responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, maintaining customer records, identifying sales opportunities, and building strong customer relationships to drive business growth. The role also involves providing excellent customer support and offering product or service recommendations tailored to client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience from 2 to 5 years in customer service or tele sales
• fresh grades most welcome to apply
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven Sales experience and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Ability to effectively deliver Training and support to clients
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in CRM software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
