Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist at Tiye Academy. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for Sales, customer support, for training activities on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Generate sales leads, Find potentials for digital marketing training courses.
- Do Sales calls,Do sales calls for prospects and inbound leads.
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly plannedsales targetand monthly new accounts.
- Find prospectsfor digital marketing training courses in Egypt and Middle East.
- Do sales calls(outbound and inbound calls) for potential customers using scripts.
- Do indoorsales meetingswith walk-in customers and potential customers.
- Explaintrainingcourses outlineand details to prospects on both calls and meetings.
- Explaintrainingagendafor upcoming courses and programs to potential customers.
- Explain training courses outline and details to prospects on both calls and meetings.
- Doup-sellingandcross-sellingactivities to old customers of the academy.
- Keep recordsof calls, emails, prospects details and sales activities onCRMsystem.
- Receivecustomer commentsabout courses and forward it to the responsible department.
Job Requirements
- Provenwork experience asa Tele-sales at at training industry or telecom, Similar role.
- Knowledge ofdigital marketingtools and channels
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Track record ofachieving sales quotas/ targets.
- Experience in using CRM Applications (preferred 8X CRM).
- Fluent in English language (read and writing).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
