Role Description
This full-time on-site role, based in Cairo, is for a Telesales Specialist. Responsibilities include reaching out to potential and existing clients via phone to promote Top Edu's services, understanding their needs, and providing tailored educational solutions. The Telesales Specialist will also handle customer inquiries, maintain strong relationships with clients, and contribute to achieving sales targets. Training will be provided to ensure in-depth knowledge of services and customer engagement strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to actively listen and build rapport
- Experience in Sales and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Customer Support skills to address inquiries effectively
- Willingness to undergo Training to develop a deep understanding of educational services
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Previous experience in the education industry or telesales is an advantage.
