Role Overview
The Telesales Executive plays a critical role in ensuring consistent and professional follow-up with all inbound and outbound leads. This position directly impacts our overall closing ratio by improving lead qualification, nurturing prospects, and maximizing appointment conversions for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and structured follow-up with all assigned leads
- Qualify prospects based on buying intent and investment capacity
- Book qualified appointments for Property Consultants
- Maintain accurate and updated CRM records
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to enhance lead conversion
- Contribute to improving the company's overall closing ratio
Requirements
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in telecalling or sales
- Languages (Mandatory):
- Arabic & English (both required)
- Hindi & English (both required)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Organized and consistent in follow-ups
- Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment
