Role Overview

The Telesales Executive plays a critical role in ensuring consistent and professional follow-up with all inbound and outbound leads. This position directly impacts our overall closing ratio by improving lead qualification, nurturing prospects, and maximizing appointment conversions for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and structured follow-up with all assigned leads
  • Qualify prospects based on buying intent and investment capacity
  • Book qualified appointments for Property Consultants
  • Maintain accurate and updated CRM records
  • Coordinate closely with the sales team to enhance lead conversion
  • Contribute to improving the company's overall closing ratio

Requirements

  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year in telecalling or sales
  • Languages (Mandatory):
  • Arabic & English (both required)
  • Hindi & English (both required)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Organized and consistent in follow-ups
  • Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment
